We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. All deliveries are "curbside delivery" unless otherwise specified and arranged in advance. Inside delivery and assembly services are available for an additional fee.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CloudNine Comforts. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Custom furniture orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
